Check the camera’s power and SIM card. Make sure the SIM is compatible, activated, and has sufficient data. If the camera remains offline, contact Reolink Support with your SIM Card UID.
My Reolink 4G camera says “Network connection failed.” What should I do?
Check that the camera version matches your region, the antenna is properly connected, and the SIM is compatible, activated, and has an active data plan.Try another SIM if possible. If unresolved, contact Support with the camera UID and SIM details.
